I know how it is to be overweight and what is involved in losing weight. I know all the psychological and emotional work needed in order to succeed and to maintain a healthy weight, because I’ve gone through it.
For me it was an incredible journey of self-knowledge, healing, and empowerment.
I learned from scratch how to eat, how much, what, how to stop, how to stop using food for emotional support, how to find in myself the strength and pleasure to exercise, but most importantly, I learned how to stay on track and have a healthy lifestyle.

- How to manage your emotions so that you won’t be eating compulsively anymore
- How to manage episodes of binge eating
- How to begin to love your body
- How to change negative beliefs about food, weight, and your body
- How to heal your body shame
- How to stop your internal critical voice
- How to create a nurturing, compassionate voice that supports and helps you in your life and in your process of losing the extra weight
- Love for your body, so that you stop eating too much or things that are bad for you
- How to develop respect and compassion towards your body
- A technique to heal your relationship with your inner child, so that you no longer need to dissociate using food
- Techniques for transgenerational healing of weight issues and of a dysfunctional relationship with food
- Techniques that allow you to create a new identity as a slender person who has a healthy relationship with food and with his/her body
- How to reconnect with your body, sensations, emotions, and needs
- How to feel gratitude towards your body
- How to set limits in your dysfunctional relationships
- How to listen to your body and its needs for food.
