About me
As a child, my biggest dream was to travel. To be honest, I never imagined that I would become a psychotherapist.
Over time, I realized that for me psychotherapy means the privilege of being invited by someone on a journey through their story and the unfolding meaning of their life. It is something sacred and intimate, and I feel joy when my clients discover themselves and are successful in creating lives that make them happy.
I greatly enjoy doing workshops and I feel richer every time for my interactions with groups of people.
I am co-founder of the Romanian Association for Integrative Psychotherapy, and my students, who are preparing to become psychotherapists, occupy a special place in my professional life. For me, teaching psychotherapy means the joy of sharing the experience gained in my practice and the things I learned over time.
I still adore traveling and I believe that I will remain a lifetime explorer of nature, cultures, and the other people’s ways of living. I have a passion for mythology and spirituality.
I read with great pleasure, I enjoy dancing, and am a big lover of music and art. I do gardening and have a very special relationship with the orchids in my office. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with people who are dear to my heart.
I had extraordinary mentors and believe myself lucky for having had the chance to learn from them. I have deep respect and gratitude for them, as they are the people who not only shaped me, but also gave me the trust and freedom to be myself: Gina Chiriac, Ken Evans, Joanna Hewitt-Evans, Heward Wilkinson, Angela Carr, Julianne Appel-Opper, Fiona Soma, Chameli Ardagh, Shanti Mayi, Chris Waters, Liane Pinto, David Berceli, and Clarissa Pinkola Estés.
